Kapolei Skatepark is Now Open !!!

The Kapolei Skatepark Expansion Project is Now Complete

We started working with the Kapolei Skateboarders and Community on this project in January 2016.

The goal was to add a modern street plaza to the existing bowls originally built in 2006.

Kapolei Skatepark is now a all terrain , all skill level modern skatepark the community is proud of .

Work on the Kapolei Skatepark Expansion has begun.

We have been working closely with the Kapolei / Makakilo / Honokai Hale Neighborhood board, Councilmember Kymberly Pine ,Mayor Kirk Caldwell, Department of Design and Construction and the Department of Parks and Recreation on this project since 2/16/2016.

The expansion will include stairs, rails ,gaps, quarter pipes and banks to name a few of the new obstacles. Contract was awarded to Ralph S Inouye Co Ltd.
